AMENDED SPEEDING RESOLUTION

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that a new Speeding Resolution Policy is now in effect within the community. This policy has been implemented to help improve safety for all residents, guests, children, and pedestrians throughout the neighborhood.

Moving forward, any recorded speeding violations may result in the following actions:

1^st speeding violation: $50 (6-20mph over the limit) $100 (21mph over the limit)

2^nd speeding violation $75 (6-20 mph over the limit) $100 (21 mph over the limit)

3^rd speeding violation $100 plus the suspension of all gate devices registered to the residential unit

4^th and additional violations $100 and an additional 30-day suspension of all gate devices registered to the residential unit

A copy of the Amended Resolution is posted on the website (Library Tab) or it can be emailed to you. 

We kindly ask all residents to observe posted speed limits and drive cautiously at all times. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone in our community.
