Dear Boca Pointe Owners,

We want to make you aware that Boca Pointe has a contract with Alarm Partners that allows you to have your security alarm system monitored. The cost of this service is already included in your HOA fees whether you use the service or not. The only requirement for this service is that you have an active non-VOIP phone line or Hotwire connection.

 If a non-VOIP line or Hotwire connection is not available, you enjoy very reduced pricing on an alternate source of communication between your home and their Central Station.

Alarm Partners has been in business since 1974, is locally-owned and operated, with a UL-Listed Central Station in Delray Beach.

Besides the comfort and security of knowing that your home is protected, you can often receive discount on your homeowner’s insurance based on having a monitored alarm.

Alarm Partners can do an inspection of your system which will include testing any smoke detectors in the home to make sure they’re working.

If your security alarm system is currently not active you can submit information at www.alarmpartners.com/bocapointe and a representative will be in touch within two business days to schedule an onsite visit from a technician.
